Good evening Folks.
After devouring delicious but not very healthy food for
several days (weeks? months? - who is counting?!), I have decided to get back to healthy eating. In case you
wanted to make an easy salad, here is a simple recipe for you that I've been
making for years.
Ingredients:
Organic spring baby greens
Tomato
Mini seedless cucumbers
Radishes
Avocado
Sweet onion
Scallions
Lemon
2 packs of stevia
For your dressing, juice
a lemon in a separate little bowl and add your stevia. Mix those two ingredients
together and pour over the salad. I prefer this simple dressing to avoid extra ingredients that are usually present in the store-bought dressings. Mix all the ingredients together and enjoy!
